Kebab skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Wrap the meat in plastic and store it in the fridge for a few hours or leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the meat onto a skewer. Take a piece of the minced meat mixture and firmly pinch the minced meat onto the skewer and form a long kebab.
  3. Heat the oven to 250° with the grill function on, place the skewer on a tray, drizzle some olive oil on it and place in the middle of the oven. Also works for grilling the spit on the outdoor grill.
  4. After about 10-15 minutes they are ready, serve immediately. Feel free to put flat bread on a tray, sprinkle parsley salad over it and then place the freshly grilled skewers on the tray. Serve immediately!

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 g mince (choose mince to taste, lamb or beef works great)
  • 1 tsp spices (spice mix from the Middle East, available in well-stocked stores next to the usual spices)
  • 1 dl finely chopped parsley
  • 1 finely chopped or grated onion
  • 2 tsp paprika or chili powder
  • Salt and black pepper
